Wisconsin Department of Adminstration - Telecommunications Relay Service (DOA/TRS) Program

The State of Wisconsin provides Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) and Captioned Telephone Service (CTS) that incorporate relay technology and use of highly trained and specially skilled Relay Operators (RO). The services are available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year to State of Wisconsin who have disabilities access to telecommunications services in a manner functionally equivalent to voice to voice by following the prevailing standards of telecommunications relay service and captioned telephone relay service.
